Some context

In reecall environment, we'll use specific terms for each element you'll create.

Top level

At first, we'll talk about top level information in reecall: Partners and Companies. You are literally a partner. In fact, with us, the person who uses our service and our API's is called a partner. And every customer you create, we call them company. In fact, you'll have an ID for every company you create in our environment, and you can match them on your side with your internal ID.

Conversational level

Now that you know what we mean by partner and company, let me introduce you to the conversational part. Two main notions, Agent and Channel. The agent is the configuration of the voice assistant that will be attached to a channel, which is the communication channel. The channel defines the telephone number on which you can reach your agent.
