Settings

This part of the agent parameters is actually quite simple. It's a set of static variables used during a conversation with your agent. These can be modified at any time via the api and the setup section, to which we'll return shortly. In fact, these variables can have an impact on the agent's behavior, such as whether or not consent to registration is requested during the call. This value can be modified at any time outside a call, but when I'm in a conversation, the agent can use this variable to determine whether it should behave in this way or in another way.

danger

When recovering an agent, none of the keys entered must be missing during backup. This could have a negative impact on your agent's operation.

Now, in order to help you modify the settings part in the best way, we provide you with a setup widget, based on the setup key present in an agent that generates a form to modify these settings.
